On 9 March 2021, at Nakhon Pathom Red Cross Chapter Office, Ms. Sunantha Sornanusin, Director of the Red Cross Youth Bureau, Thai Red Cross Society (TRCS), and her team, along with Ms. Waraporn Charoensirichot, President of Nakhon Pathom Red Cross Chapter, had a discussion on a youth volunteer project to support youth in assisting people. The project emphasizes participation of an organizational network to search for youth volunteers in Nakhon Pathom Province. The Committee of Nakhon Pathom Red Cross Chapter, the Deputy Director of the Provincial Education Office, and boards of colleges in the area, which teach youth aged between 15-30 years old, joined in to support this project.
On 16 March 2021, Ms. Sunantha Sornanusin, Director of the Red Cross Youth Bureau, TRCS, and a team, together with Dr. Benjamaporn Kunarangsri, Director of Santirat Institute of Business Administration (SIBA) under Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Bejaratana Rajasuda Sirisobhabannavadi, had a meeting at SIBA College in Chatuchak District, Bangkok, to discuss the establishment of a youth volunteer club and network. In addition, there are over 200 youth volunteers who intend to donate blood in a critical time of blood shortage due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
