On 13 November 2024, 9 Lao Red Cross delegates, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanthanom Manithip, Vice President of Lao Red Cross, made a study visit on elderly care at Thai Red Cross Health Station No. 4, Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
On this occasion, LT. Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of Relief and Community Health Bureau and his team, welcomed the delegation and presented the community model for improving the quality of life of the elderly at Saraphi Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital, Nong Bun Mak district, and the senior club at Thai Red Cross Health Station No. 4.
