On 9 August 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanthanom Manithip, Vice President of Lao Red Cross, made a study visit on humanitarian operations at Thai Red Cross Society, including Relief and Community Health Bureau, Red Cross Youth and Volunteer Bureau, First Aid and Health Care Training Center, and Fund Raising Bureau.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanthanom Manithip has been appointed as the Vice President of Lao Red Cross since March 2024. Prior to this position, she served as Permanent Secretary of Cabinet, Ministry of Health Lao PDR.
