Mr. Tej Bunnag, Assistant Secretary General for Administration of the Thai Red Cross Society, presided over the meeting of the Provincial Red Cross Chapter’s Presidents on 12 November 2020, at Mandarin Hotel Bangkok. The Presidents of 76 Provincial Red Cross Chapter’s and 90 observers participated in the event.
In the fiscal year of 2021, there are 25 new Presidents of Red Cross Chapters who are commencing their terms of service. This meeting was held according to the Thai Red Cross Chapters Administration Office’s policy of awareness raising and capacity building for Provincial Red Cross Chapters and Red Cross District Branches officials. On the occasion, awards were handed over to Suphan Buri Red Cross Chapter, Chiang Mai Red Cross Chapter, Buri Ram Red Cross Chapter and Kamphang Phet Red Cross Chapter, who achieved outstanding performance on eye donation procurement.
