Lt. Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of Relief and Community Health Bureau welcomed Mr. Pascal Bourcher, IFRC Bangkok Program Coordinator and held discussion on humanitarian collaboration between Thai Red Cross Society and IFRC on 19 January 2023.
Mr. Pascal Bourcher has been working for various components of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in Asia Pacific for more than 15 years. He previously held the role of Operation Coordinator and Recovery at the IFRC Asia Pacific Regional Office in Indonesia.
