Due to the new wave of COVID – 19 outbreak in Thailand, blood donations have declined, leading to blood shortages across the country. The Thai Red Cross Chapters Administration Office asks for cooperation from the Provincial Red Cross Chapters to run a blood donation campaign by building public trust and correct understanding on the safety of blood transfusions as well as encouraging healthy donors; military officers, government officials, students and the general public to donate their blood.
