On 18 September 2024, Mr. Hervé Gazeau, Regional Head of Strategic Partnerships and Resource Mobilization, IFRC Asia-Pacific Regional Office, had a meeting with Dr. Apichart Chinwanno, Assistant Secretary General for International Affairs, together with Lt.Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of Relief and Community Health Bureau and Mrs. Janprapa Vichitcholchai, Deputy Director of Fund Raising Bureau. During the meeting, both parties discussed and exchanged views on humanitarian activities and cooperation between Thai Red Cross Society and IFRC.
