On 15 September 2022, Thai Red Cross Society transferred 20,000 USD (729,800 Baht) to support the Pakistan Red Crescent Society in flood response operations, and to help people affected by torrential rains in Pakistan.\r\n\r\nBased on the IFRC’s report, since 14 June 2022, the flash floods and landslides have badly affected many areas in Balochistan, Sindh, Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) provinces. Over 1,000 people were killed, almost 950,000 houses have been damaged and more than 500,000 individuals are living in relief camps across the country.
