On 16 February 2023 at 21.30 hrs., Royal Thai Air Force’s A340-500 safely returned to Thailand after successfully delivering royal support and donation from H.M. King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua to Türkiye and bringing home 36 Thai victims and body of the deceased, at Military Air Terminal 2, Unit 6 Royal Thai Air Force, Sanam Bin Sub district, Don Mueang District, Bangkok.
Thai Red Cross Society, in collaboration with the Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, transported the body of a Thai lady killed by the earthquake in Türkiye back to her hometown in Chaiyaphum Province.
