On 6 June 2024, Lt. Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of Relief and Community Health Bureau, and Mr. Pichit Siriwan, M.D., Deputy Director, attended the launching event of Migration Health Sub-Working Group (MHWG) under the United Nations on Migration (UNMN) in Thailand. The event encouraged experience sharing and discussion on migration health promotion.
In 2020-2022, Thai Red Cross Society provided more than 1.89 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to vulnerable population, including undocumented people, migrant workers, and refugees along the Thai-Myanmar border area.
