Thai Red Cross Society organized 12th Red Cross Gathering on the auspicious occasion of the 72nd birthday anniversary of His Majesty King, the Royal Patron of Thai Red Cross Society on 1-3 August 2024 at Nongnooch Pattaya International Convention and Exhibition Centre. On 2nd August 2024, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, Thai Red Cross Executive Vice President, graciously presided over the opening ceremony and gave a lecture on “Thai Red Cross Society in the 21st Century”
The Red Cross Gathering aims to encourage humanitarian exchanges and experience sharing among provincial chapters, district branches and Thai Red Cross headquarters. It also enhances relationship and promotes the awareness of the Movement Fundamental Principles. More than 6,000 staff and volunteers from Provincial Red Cross Chapters and Red Cross District Branches nationwide attended this event.
