On 9 July 2021, at Thai Red Cross Society, His Excellency Mr. Ganesh Prasad Dhakal, Ambassador of Nepal to the Kingdom of Thailand, accompanied by Mr. Lekh Nath Gautam, Counsellor and Deputy Chief of Mission, took part in the handover ceremony of medical supplies to be provided by Thai Red Cross Society to support COVID – 19 response of Nepal Red Cross Society. Presiding over the ceremony was Mr. Tej Bunnag, Secretary General of Thai Red Cross Society. Also present was Dr. Apichart Chinwanno, Assistant Secretary General for External Relations.
The in-kind donation consists of oxygen concentrators, fingertip pulse oximeters, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), surgery masks and N 95 masks.
