On 8 November 2024, 19 delegates from the Ho Chi Minh Branch, Vietnam Red Cross Society, led by Mr. Tran Truong Son, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Branch, made a study visit on blood services at Thai Red Cross National Blood Centre. In this regards, Ms. Thitiphorn Bhakhumpong, Assistant Director for Quality and Academic Affairs welcomed the delegation. On 13 November 2024, the delegation also visited the Regional Blood Centre in Phuket.
