Thai Red Cross Council

Thai Red Cross Council is responsible for controlling and supervising the activities of Thai Red Cross Society. It consists of the President of the Council, the Executive Vice President and 25 members, as well as 12 representatives of the Provincial Red Cross Chapters in 12 regions. The Council holds at least three meetings a year.

Thai Red Cross Executive Committee

The Committee consists of the Executive Vice President, the Secretary General, the Treasurer and 4 members of Thai Red Cross Council who are appointed by the Executive Vice President. The Committee is responsible for supervising the activities of Thai Red Cross Society that have been assigned by Thai Red Cross Council. It is also authorized to give approval in lieu of Thai Red Cross Council at times when the Council does not hold a meeting. The Committee holds meetings once a month.

Thai Red Cross Management Committee

The Committee consists of the Secretary General of Thai Red Cross Society, the Treasurer, Assistant Secretaries General, and the directors of all the bureaus of Thai Red Cross Society. The Committee is responsible for conducting all the activities of Thai Red Cross Society according to the Acts, rules and regulations of Thai Red Cross Council and the Thai Red Cross Executive Committee. It is authorized to give consent in lieu of the Executive Committee in matters specified in the regulations of the Executive Committee and other regulations issued by the Executive CommitteeThe Management Committee holds a meeting once every month.
