18 July 2025, International Affairs Office, Office of the Secretary General Thai Red Cross Society, in collaboration with International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), organized a lecture on basic knowledge of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) for executives, personnel and volunteers of Thai Red Cross Society. The objective was to enhance understanding of IHL and to prepare participants for the 11th Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Lecture Series on IHL in August.
This activity was supported by ICRC, regional delegation in Bangkok, with Mr. Jirat Jitwarawong, Legal Advisor, serving as the lecturer.
