On 12 December 2025, the Singapore Red Cross donated SGD 50,000 (approximately THB 1.2 million) to Thai Red Cross Society to support humanitarian assistance for people and communities affected by flooding in southern Thailand.
Since the disaster occurred, Thai Red Cross Society has actively collaborated with government agencies on the ground to provide relief to those affected by the floods. The humanitarian efforts in 8 southern provinces include distributing over 47,000 relief kits, establishing mobile kitchens, and providing cooked meals. Thai Red Cross Society also deployed mobile medical units, high-clearance vehicles, flat-bottom boats, and mobile communications units to strengthen humanitarian services. Additionally, Thai Red Cross Society has supplied bedding sets, hygiene kits, and diapers for children and adults residing in temporary shelters, and continue to support recovery efforts.
