Lao Red Cross Delegation led by Prof. Dr. Phouthone Muongpak, the president, visited Thai Red Cross Society. This was also the first time ever the delegation brought in selective Laotian products such as local delicacies, hand-woven silk fabrics, and woodcrafts to display and sell at Red Cross Fair in Lumpini Park from 8-18 December 2022.
Following the 3rd Thai-Lao Red Cross Conference organized in Nakhon Phanom this November, Thai Red Cross Society (TRCS) invited Lao Red Cross (LRC) to visit its Headquarters in Bangkok and joined the Red Cross Fair. LRC took this opportunity to make study visit to several TRC missions including Youth and Volunteer Bureau, Relief and Community Health Bureau, Fund Raising Bureau, National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Museum and Queen Saovabha Memorial Institute.
