On 1 March 2023, H.E. Mrs. Astrid Emilie Helle, Norwegian Ambassador to Thailand, and Mrs. Thea Martine Ottmann, Minister Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Tej Bunnag, Secretary General of Thai Red Cross Society, together with Dr. Apichart Chinwanno, Assistant Secretary General for External Relations. Both sides discussed and shared views on the humanitarian works in Thailand and in the region.
