The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) has appointed Ms. Kathryn Clarkson the new Head of Country Cluster Delegation (CCD) in Bangkok starting from April 2021. She will be the successor of Mr. Christopher Rassi who is appointed to a new position in Geneva, Switzerland. Ms. Kathryn Clarkson is an Australian. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental) and Master’s Degree in International Relations from universities in Australia. She has been working with the IFRC since 2005 with her latest position as the Head of Pacific Office in Fiji.
